Pleasant, clean hotel with excellent and extremely friendly personnel at the reception desk. Magnificent location on the # 10 tram line which goes directly to Zürich Airport, contemporary style building. Short walk to the tram lines between Feldeggstrasse and Kreuzstrasse getting around the city, the lake and downtown and the center of Zurich.
Not so great views from the window.

I had really good time.
The location was amazing and fantastic for walking around Zurich Opera House. The breakfast was gorgeous and adequate and with real cappuccino; the staff was extremely friendly. Excellent services were available.

The hotel was neat and the location was quiet and best possible in a quiet district compared with the noise of the old town. The room we had was a nice size and well-equipped with balcony.

The property is charming small, it has excellent staff at the reception desk. The room is newly decorated and there are absolutely superb views across the lake. It has magnificent and amazing location on the # 10 tram line which goes directly to Zürich Airport. For lunch or dinner go to Ristorante Capri, located right at the hotel.

I spent 1 night and would love to go back. The breakfast served was lovely, everything you could wish for, with a further coffee and homemade jams, as for instance. The double room was brand-new, included a shower, hair dryers and bath sheets.

I stayed several times in this hotel as the rooms are quiet and clean, beds very confortable and breakfast is excellent.
Warming was not working and it was quite cold in the room. Internet access is not free.

Double room with an extra large tv. Peaceful and best possible location near to the train station which has a direct connection to the airport as well as the city centre and lovely lakeside location, quick check-in.
